INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 

For Hong Kong customer:
Ta-Q-Bin courier with tracking number.
(4-7 business days)

For Spain/ Italy/ Germany/ France/ South America/ UAE customer:
FedEx/EMS speedpost with tracking number. (7-14 business days)

For US/ Canada/ UK/ Australia/ Asia Pacific customer:
EMS speedpost. (7-14 business days)

For estimated shipping rates and transit times, you are also welcome to email us or FB with your complete ship to address (including country and postal code) and a general idea of what you are wanting to have sent your way.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
 

Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us watchsampletokyo@gmail.com immediately.

 

It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging.  We will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

 

All damage claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of goods.  Any claims reported after five business days are subject to denial.

PAYMENT
 

 

All international orders must be prepaid in HK/ US currency.  We accept PAYPAL, western union, bank-in deposit or bank wire transfer as forms of payment.

12 MONTHS WARRANTY from the date of purchase
 
The Limited Warranty Cover, free of charge, all and any factory-originated defects in materials or workmansihp.Including any damage during the transit when order.
 
PRO TIME TIMEPIECES will repair, adjust or replace parts and/or movement as it sees fit. To obtain service under the terms of the warranty. Consumer has to pays all postage, insurance, and shipping cost incurred in presenting the watch to our studio in TOKYO.
 
Free Warranty does not cover the following types of damage resulting from:

A. Mishanding, accidents, or tampering.
B. Repairs done by anyone but PRO TIME studio.
C. Subersion in water.
D. Wear and tear on externals due to normal use.
This includes scratches or broken to the case, crystal, bracelet, strap, buckle or clasp.
 
In case you would like to send back the watch to us to services or repair. We are happy to assist here

Please follow these steps to return a watch for service:
 
- Contact us through Email: watchsampletokyo@gmail.com or through the website contact page.
- Ship back watch head only with well bubble wrap
- Ship the parcel by registered airmail by post office with tracking number to our repairing center in TOKYO.
- We will take care everything at last. Services time usually take 15 - 25 days after your watch arrive here.
